On June 13, 2023, Deputies arrested sex offender for failure to register and report that he was active on social media sites in violation of the sex offender statute. 

A warrant was issued in May for Erik Allen Griffin, 31, of 3072 Koll road, Jennings when deputies learned that Griffin was on social media sites during offender check by law enforcement.
