On Tuesday evening, April 4, 2023, Deputies were dispatched to 5096 South Cutting Avenue, Jennings, in reference to a disturbance. 

Upon deputies' arrival, they spoke with the complainant who advised he was struck in the face by his girlfriend, Ashley Nicole Little. 

Deputies observed blood and broken glass at the scene.  The complainant stated that Little went inside the residence and kicked out the kitchen window and a bedroom window while yelling at the complainant.  

Little had several cuts on her leg and appeared to be under the influence of alcohol.  She was transported to the Oschner's American Legion hospital for treatment. 

Once released from the hospital, Ashely Nicole Little, 38, was booked into the parish jail for battery of a dating partner.
