On March 15, 2023, Deputies were dispatched to 13522 Highway 101, in reference to someone trying to take a boat from an apartment complex. 

When deputies located and spoke to the person attempting to take the boat, they were told he was just picking it up for friend. 

A computer check on Marty Dean Arceneaux, 35, of 21259 South Frontage road, Iowa by dispatch alerted deputies to outstanding arrest warrant from Calcasieu parish. 

Arceneaux was arrested and booked on warrant into the parish jail.  He will be held for Calcasieu Sheriff's Office.
