On July 13, 2022, Jeff Davis Sheriff's detectives and Lake Arthur Police served search warrant at 708 Calcasieu Avenue, Lake Arthur, LA.

Wednesday evening the search warrant was executed, and the investigation uncovered illegal narcotics, currency, and weapons in the residence. 

Kacie Lynn Meaux, 37 of 708 Calcasieu Avenue was arrested and booked into the parish jail for two outstanding warrants,  possession of CDS II with intent to distribute, possession of CDS I with intent to distribute, possession of CDS in the presence of minors, possession of firearms with CDS, and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

The search uncovered methamphetamine, heroin, marijuana , a semi- auto pistol, along with US currency and drug paraphernalia used to facilitate the sale of illegal narcotics. 

This was the tenth arrest of Kacie Meaux, most arrests for narcotics violations. Meaux was held on a $30,000.00 bond.
