On July 5, 2022, Deputies were dispatched to Panchoville Road, Jennings, to assist Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office in recovering stolen property.

Detectives from Calcasieu received information that stolen goods were left at a residence by Curth James Romero, 28, of 22192 Panchoville road. 

Deputies assisted Calcasieu detectives with the recovery of evidence.  Romero was located and arrested on outstanding warrants from Calcasieu Parish.  He is being held in the parish jail until transfer to Calcasieu.
