On July 4, 2022, Deputies were dispatched to 24495 Zaunbrecher Road, Kinder, in reference to a violation of a protective order. The complainant advised that her husband was at their residence damaging the home. 

Deputies arrived and located Mark Kevin Phillips, 60, and arrested him for violation of protective order.
