On November 15, 2021, Deputies were dispatched to 5014 Highway 90, Jennings, Louisiana in reference to a suspicious person. 

When deputies arrived the complainant reported to them his dog began barking and when he walked out the back of his shop, he saw a skinny white male wearing shorts running into the woods carrying a saw. 

Deputies went to 2006 Highway 90, Jennings (Old Stewart and Stevenson company). 

Deputies found an open door on one of the abandon warehouses, and inside they found Jeremy James Gary, 38, of 12543 Arceneaux road, Welsh.  Gary was booked for criminal trespassing and simple burglary.
