On August 30, 2021, at 1:02 p.m., deputies were dispatched to 4362 Dugas Road, Jennings, in reference to a shots fired complaint.

Responding deputies identified the neighbor had fired a shotgun and damaged a neighbor's home with the projectiles. 

Christopher Labauve, 33, of 4346 Dugas road, Jennings was arrested on criminal trespass charges, Aggravated criminal damage to property and 3 counts of aggravated assault with a firearm.  Labauve was booked into the parish jail without bond.
