Traffic stop leads to sex offense arrest

On Sunday, June 20, 2021, Deputies patrolling the area of Highway 26, Lake Arthur, observed a vehicle operating without a license plate light.

Deputies made a traffic stop on the vehicle at 801 Highway 26 (Tiger Mart). Deputies approached the vehicle and met with the driver, identified as Glynn Oser.

During the stop deputies observed a young female in the vehicle.  It was determined the female was only fourteen years old and when questioned it was revealed that Oser had inappropriate behavior with the juvenile. 

Glynn Edward Oser, 20, of 814 Bryan street, Jennings was arrested and booked for no license plate, Distribution of sample tobacco, indecent behavior with a juvenile and carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
