Wednesday January 27, 2021 Deputies arrested a fugitive wanted for the burglary and theft of a residence located on Tietje road, Elton, LA. 

The burglary and theft occurred on November 23, 2020.  Harris James Kratzer, 39, of 704 West South Street, Elton, LA, was arrested and charged with criminal damage to property, simple burglary and theft over $5,000.00.  Kratzer was booked into the parish jail Friday on a bond of $20,000.00. 

Kratzer made bail and was released on Friday, January 29th. This was Kratzer's 22nd arrest.
