On December 13, 2020, Deputies were dispatched to Highway 1126 and Welsh Canal Road, Jennings, Louisiana in reference to trespassing by Travis Delome.
 
Deputies were looking for Delome for the last twenty-four hours in reference to trespassing at a residence on Welsh Canal road.

 

While searching for Delome, deputies were informed that Delome had burglarized the home and was seen walking down Welsh Canal road with items from the residence. 

Deputies and several citizens spent about 3 hours trying to locate Delome.  He was seen running into a wooded area off David road.

 

Travis Delome, 38, of 513 Frederick street, Sulphur was located and arrested hours later in the area.  Delome was booked into the parish jail for simple burglary and on outstanding warrant from Welsh Police.
