On Tuesday morning around 10 am, November 24, 2020, Deputies were dispatched to 16113 Fleur De Lis Drive, Iowa, Louisiana, 70647 for a domestic disturbance. Deputies spoke with the victim and observed marks on her from physical contact by the boyfriend. 

Johnny Ray Mouton 40, of 16113 Fleur De Lis, Iowa was arrested and booked into the parish jail for Domestic abuse battery.
