Jeff Davis Detectives added criminal charges to Alton Leonard Lowe, 32 of 23927 Newcomer road, Iowa. The additional charges are Indecent behavior with juveniles and Carnal Knowledge of a juvenile that occurred in Jeff Davis Parish. 

Lowe was arrested initially on Thursday May 14th and is being held in the parish jail on outstanding warrants from St. Landry parish on 40 counts of Child Pornography. 

The Department of Homeland Security is working with St. Landry authorities on the child porn investigation.  Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office is assisting Jeff Davis with the additional charges in Jeff Davis.
