On Monday night December 16, 2019 deputies located a registered sex offender at 21089 South Frontage road, Iowa who was wanted for violation of statutes pertaining to reporting residency and employment. 

Brandon Blake Authement, 23, was wanted on arrest warrant for failure to register and notify as a sex offender his new address and place of employment. 

During random checks by deputies in Jeff Davis parish , deputies discovered Authement was evicted on November, 9th, 2019 from the residence her reported as his domicile. Authement also had reported employment with a company in Lake Charles and inquiries verified Authement was not employed at the registered employment.

A warrant was obtained on November 15th.  Authement is held in the parish jail with no bond. He is also wanted for charges in Calcasieu Parish and probation violations.
