On Sunday November 17, deputies were called to 18231 Moreaux Road, Iowa for a disturbance. 

When deputies arrived the complainant advised that Michael Hardy had followed them to a relative's home nearly ramming  the back of their vehicle. At the relatives house witnesses observed Hardy chasing his wife and son around the yard.  Hardy left the area before deputies arrived. 

A short time later deputies located Hardy's truck at 13514 Hwy 101, Iowa. 

Michael Ross Hardy, 43, of 18408 Foreman road, Iowa was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing, disturbing the peace, simple assault, and aggravated assault.  This was the 5th call involving Michael Hardy since May 2019.
