On Friday September 20, at around 1:00 am Deputies were dispatched to 15368 Hwy 26, Jennings for suspicious circumstances.

When deputies arrived the complainant advised that the person involved were gone.  A records check on the complainant revealed an outstanding warrant from Calcasieu Parish.

Kela Jallon Watley, 37, of 5403 Weaver road, Lake Charles was arrested and booked into the parish jail on a hold for Caclasieu parish warrant 4183-17.
