Jeff Davis Parish Deputies net a drug arrest on traffic stop.  On Tuesday July 9, at around 10:00 am deputies observed a driver not wearing his seatbelt on West Division street, Jennings.

The vehicle was stopped and deputies discovered the passenger had drugs on him.  The driver was cited for no seat belt and released. 

The passenger, Louis Joseph Dupre, 44, 941 Gallup street, Jennings was arrested on Possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of CDS schedule II(Methamphetamine). He is held with no bond.
