Deputies were dispatched to 24375 Guillot road, Kinder Friday night for a disturbance.

When deputies arrived they spoke with the complainant who advised that his brother/care taker had physically attacked him during an argument.  Deputies observed injuries to the complainants face and shoulder. 

The brother, Elias Lloyd Miller, 30, was arrested for domestic abuse battery and booked into the parish jail.
