Patrol deputies were called to 19413 Hwy 90, Lacassine for a fight.  When deputies arrived they found the landowners had a white male down on the ground holding him for deputies. 

The landowner advised he went to see who was opening his gate to the pasture and when he got to the gate he was confronted by the white male subject claiming to have permission from the state to come on the property and do a survey. 

At that time the male subject pushed the gate open, hitting the victim and punched the victim in the face.  The landowner was bleeding and had a tooth knocked out. 

The subject, Christian River Paris, 22, of 3501 Davis road, Westlake, LA was arrested on charges of 2nd degree battery, transported and booked into the parish jail with no bond.
