Jefferson Davis Parish deputies responded to a call at 17215 Emery Lane, Kinder where the complainant advised there was a domestic fight. When deputies arrived they discovered that Eva Kathleen Oquinn, 42, had entered the home without permission and was sleeping in the homeowners bed.  When awakened by the homeowner, Oquinn damaged a television and cable box before deputies arrived.  The victim, stated he was struck by Oquinn twice. 

Oquinn was charged with unauthorized entry of inhabited dwelling and domestic abuse battery and she was booked into the parish jail. Her bond is set at $1,000.
