Suspicious vehicle net drug arrest

On Thursday Oct 24 around 11 am, deputies were called to Sandy Hill road on a complaint of suspicious vehicle stopped in the roadway.
When deputies arrived they found a dark colored vehicle stopped in the roadway with a white male unconscious in the driver's seat. The driver was awakened by deputies and removed from the vehicle. During pat down deputies discovered a bag of Xanax tablets in his pocket. Deputies also discovered marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a needle.
Corey Lee Johnson, 29, of 7125 Sandy hill road, Roanoke was arrested and booked into the parish jail for obstruction of public passageway and possession of CDS IV.
