Stolen UTV recovered with arrest

On January 30, 2023, Deputies were patrolling the area in reference to a residential burglary that occurred on Highway 3056, Lake Arthur. 

Deputies had earlier taken a report where multiple items were stolen including; generators, Apple products, firearms, and a Honda side-by-side.

Deputies located the stolen side by side on Saint Gertrude road, Jennings.  Deputies identified persons that drove the side by side to that location and left in a Gold Kia minivan. 

Clay Joseph Hebert, 22, of 615 N. Craig street, Jennings was arrested and booked into the parish jail for 2 counts of illegal possession of stolen things. 

The side by side Honda UTV and other items were released to the owner.  Additional arrests are expected in this ongoing investigation.
