Cruelty to juvenile arrest

On Wednesday, August 10, 2022, Detectives arrested Colby Case Manuel, 28, of 408 Louisiana avenue, Lake Arthur on warrant for molestation of a juvenile and cruelty to juveniles.
Detectives received complaint on July 18, 2022, and obtained an arrest warrant on August 9, 2022.
