Jefferson Davis Sheriff's Detectives make an arrest in Theft case. Cody Fruge, 21,
of 12296 Mill Road, Welsh, LA was charged with possession of stolen things on
Warrant for his involvement in the Theft, transport and sale of a dirt bike.
