On December 24, 2022, Deputies were dispatched to 11379 Highway 99, Welsh, in reference to possible threats.

Upon arrival, Deputies spoke with the individuals involved and discovered that a physical altercation occurred. 

The disturbance involved Marlaina Lynn Key, 23 and Hadyn Duhon, 22 over a fake Snapchat account. 

Key admitted to slapping Duhon after he repeatedly accused her of cheating.  Duhon stated he wanted to kill himself before deputies arrived, according to his fiancé Key. 

Deputies arrested both Key and Duhon for Domestic abuse battery with child endangerment.   Two children, ages 1 and 3 were in the room when the incident occurred and were released to grandparents.
