Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff detectives executed a search warrant Thursday, September 15, 2022 at 712 Lucy street, Jennings, LA. Detectives have been investigating the location for some time on complaints of drug activity. 

The search warrant lead detectives to locate and seize suspected methamphetamines, heroin and controlled substances at the residence. 

Emile Joseph Hawkins, 50, of 22717 General st. Lake Charles, Charles Grady Daniels 60, of 712 Lucy street, Jennings, Angella K. Bryant, 45, of 811 Sheridan street, Jennings, and Gary Sterling Hill, 52, of 511 Ledoux street, Jennings were arrested. 

The charges include possession of Heroin, possession of CDS II, possession of CDS IV, possession of CDS V, and possession of drug paraphernalia.  . Deputies conducted a search of the residence where 14.6 grams of a crystal-like substance believed to be methamphetamine a Schedule II narcotic, 4.3 grams of a brown powdery substance believed to be heroin a Schedule I narcotic, 2 pink oval pills identified as Alprazolam (Xanax) a Schedule IV narcotic, and 30 yellow capsules identified as Gabapentin a Schedule V narcotic, several smoking devices, and other drug paraphernalia were located.
