On Friday August 26, 2022, deputies were dispatched to 4165 Pete Road in reference to an off-duty Jennings Police officer locating a residence with an open door and a possible intruder inside.

When deputies arrived, they and officers from Jennings PD entered the residence and located Brandon Keith Davis, 33, of 2100 Kaliste Saloom Road, Lafayette, LA. 

Davis was transported and booked into the parish jail for unauthorized entry into inhabited dwelling, possession of CDS II, and taking contraband into a penal facility.
