On July 25, 2022, Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Hwy 26 , Jennings in reference to an indecent behavior with a juvenile complaint.

Deputies spoke to the complainant identified as the mother of the victim.  The complainant reported that she had information that her 15 yoa juvenile had sex with two individuals, ages seventeen and nineteen. 

Detectives assigned the investigation identified the two involved.  The incidents occurred between July 10 and July 15, 2022, in Jeff Davis parish. 

Benny Roy Freeman, Jr. 19, of 19708 Kristin Road, Kaplan, La was arrested on warrants for contributing to the delinquency of juveniles, pornography involving juveniles and carnal knowledge of a juvenile.  Additional arrests and charges are expected.
