On Sunday, January 16, 2022, deputies were dispatched to Topsy Bell Road, Ragley, in reference to a subject shooting a rifle on the complainant's property.

The complainant reported a male subject pointed a rifle at him and his children on his recently purchased property.

James Randall Crooks, 62, of 4989 Topsy road, Ragley was picked up on warrant last night, January 18, 2022 at around 7:00 pm for 3 counts aggravated assault with firearm and criminal trespassing.
