Yesterday Detectives with the JDSO Narcotics Division and the Warrants Division executed an arrest warrant at 3304 N. Frontage Road (Park side RV & Mobile Home Park) in Jennings, LA. Jeremy Malcolm Richard, 22, of 7513 Texas Ave, Hayes, LA, was placed under arrest on a warrant obtained from the Narcotics Division. The warrant for Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule II (Methamphetamine), Possession of Schedule II (Morphine), Possession of Schedule I (Marijuana), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was booked into the JDSO jail without incident. No bond was set on the warrant.
