On Friday August 19, 2021 Deputies executed a search warrant at 618 Clara street, Jennings.  

Deputies successfully recovered stolen items from a burglary that occurred on August 4th or 5th at a location on Hwy 99. 

Henry Allen Welch, 40, of 618 Clara street, was booked into the parish jail on an outstanding warrant for possession of CDS II, and new charges of simple burglary, possession of firearm in the presence of CDS, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of legend drug, 3 counts of possession of CDS II, 2 counts of possession of CDS IV and Illegal possession of stolen things.
