On Sunday night, August 8, 2021 at midnight deputies stopped a Chevrolet Malibu on Interstate 10 west bound MP 57 for throwing items out the window and littering.  During stop deputies noticed occupants were nervous and appeared to be under the influence. 

A k-9 alert lead to a search of the vehicle.  Marijuana and heroin were located in the vehicle.  Deputies also discovered evidence of illegal credit card skimming records, blank cards and a metal embossing machine used to make fraudulent credit cards. 

David Adam Williams, 37, of 6713 Carver Avenue, Hitchcock, Texas was arrested and booked for Possession of schedule I, Possession of Schedule II, and outstanding warrant from Ft. Bend County, Texas.  Megan Rachelle Holley, 35, of 234 Bridge Landing, Onalaska, TX was booked for possession of schedule II, possession of schedule I, possession of drug paraphernalia and littering.  A second passenger, Alan Thomas Barnes II, 41, of 11027 Carribban lane, Houston, TX was released on citation due to jail space for possession of schedule I, possession of schedule II, and possession of schedule I (Heroin).
