On June 28, 2021, Deputies responded to 21259 South frontage Road in Iowa Louisiana 70647 in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Deputies arrived and spoke to the complainant, who reported he was involved in an argument with his wife and she struck him and threaten to kill him. 

Juanetta Danielle Johnson, 42 of 2168 Wildflowers drive, Lake Charles was arrested and booked into the parish jail for domestic abuse battery.
