On Sunday, May 16, 2021 Deputies were conducting a welfare check on a female when they discovered a subject in violation of protective order. 

Jacob Norman Levy, 34, of 2064 Jeff Davis Academy road, Jennings was booked into the parish jail for violation of protective order, warrant for domestic abuse battery with child endangerment, warrant for violation of protective order and contempt of court.
