On Friday May 14, 2021, Deputies arrested fugitive wanted for Felony Theft. 

Rhonda Marie Roy, 43, of 933 Olga street, Rayne, LA was arrested and booked into the parish jail on warrant for Felony Theft. 

Roy was identified as subject who purchased items on stolen credit card information from victims in the amount of $10,844.00 in January 2021.  Detectives were able to identify Roy from video surveillance at a store in Scott, LA when she purchased food with the stolen access card.
