On Tuesday, February 16, Deputies were dispatched to 19380 Highway 26, Jennings, Louisiana, in reference to a disturbance in progress. 

Deputies spoke to the complainant and observed damage to a GMC truck with the windows broken and scratched.  The complainant identified the person damaging the property. 

Michael Allen Kratzer, 25, of 615 N. Morton street, Jennings, was arrested for simple criminal damage to property.  Kratzer is being held in the parish jail on a $40,000 bond.
