On Tuesday, May 19, 2020, at approximately 0104 hours, Deputies observed a vehicle parked on King Street near the intersection of Welsh Street. The vehicle was parked facing north bound on the south bound shoulder, Adjacent to Richmond Park, approximately 15 feet from the baseball field.  Deputies observed the vehicle had two occupants and observed a large cloud of smoke contained in the interior of the vehicle. As deputies approached the vehicle they were struck by an immense odor of burnt marijuana.  Deputies requested consent to search the vehicle and obtained consent. Deputies located a clear baggie under the radio compartment of the vehicle, that contained marijuana. 

Both occupants, Alanjae Sharane West, 22, of 907 Wilbert D.Rochelle, Jennings and Quiamie Dawayne Randolph, 21, of 544 Brookwood drive, Welsh were then placed under arrest for possession of CDS I Marijuana and Possession of CDS in Drug free zone. West and Randolph were released on summons.
