Interfering arrest

On Sunday, January 5, 2020, at 0019 hours, Deputies were dispatched to 16368 Edna Road in reference to a suspicious vehicle call. The complainant stated a bulldozer that was on his property was  damaged.

Witnesses observed a dark colored truck in the area and followed it to an address on Kings Farm road.  Deputies reported damages to a yellow John Deere 550K bulldozer with the front windshield busted out. Deputies traveled to 27134 Kings Farm Road to speak with suspects.  

While speaking with suspects, Kristy Wilson began to yell at deputies and advised them to get off her property and there is no reason we needed to be there. Deputies continued to speak with occupants of the vehicle observed near the dozer.  Kristy continued to interrupt the investigation.

Kristy Ann Wilson, 40, of 27134 Kingsfarm road, Kinder was charged with Interfering with a law enforcement investigation, Resisting an officer, Simple escape, Resisting an officer by refusing to identify and resisting a police officer with force or violence.
