On Sunday Patrol units were dispatched to Babineaux road in Jennings for an ATV being driven on the roadway recklessly. 

When deputies arrived and located the ATV it was stopped at 19274 Dama Landry road. 

The driver, Tyler Wayne Oblanc, 25, of 930 Florence street, Jennings was arrested for Operating a vehicle while intoxicated, driving under suspension, careless operation, off road vehicles ;on the shoulder, stop signs and yield signs, and illegal possession of stolen things.

The passenger that was riding with Oblanc, Chas Jacob Leblanc, 25, of 17050 Gus road, Jennings was also arrested on warrant for contempt of court and possession of stolen things.

The ATV that they were in was reported stolen by the owner during the time deputies were out with the two suspects.
