7:30 pm Tuesday a female was stopped for traffic violation near fourth street and Florence in Jennings.  She gave deputy a false name when asked for identification.

She was identified as Elizabeth Ann Bellon, 36, of 20133 Alton road, Kaplan, LA. A records check revealed she was wanted on an active warrant for contempt of court on possession of marijuana charge. 

During stop deputies discovered Bellon had drug paraphernalia and a small amount of methamphetamine in her possession. 

She was booked into the parish jail on possession of CDS II, possession of drug paraphernalia and a hold for Calcasieu Sheriff Office for outstanding warrants.
