Jefferson Davis Parish Sheriff’s deputies obtained a warrant on April 15, 2019 for the arrest of Justin Randall Bruney, 26, of 19644 Earl Lane, Iowa, LA. 

Detectives received information from the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s office that Bruney had been conversing with a 17 year old female on skype.  Bruney picked the victim up from her home on April12, 2019 and transported her to Iowa. The victim reported  she was raped by Bruney and then forced to take a shower before he would drive her back to her home. 

Bruney was arrested by Calcasieu deputies on April 16th on the warrant from 31st judicial district court.  Bruney was transferred to Jeff Davis Parish jail and is being held on a $100,000 bond.
