This morning, Monday March 11, deputies were called to TV tower road on a 911 open line.  Dispatchers could hear screaming on the phone but no one would speak to dispatch. 

When deputies arrived they met with Daniel James Hebert, 20, of 18159 TV tower road, Kinder.  Hebert said he needed to get out of here and deputies questioned him on the incident overheard by dispatchers.  Hebert stated he and his wife, Alexis were arguing.  The wife reported that Hebert pushed her down and struck her on the head. 

Deputies placed Daniel Hebert under arrest for domestic abuse battery with child endangerment. Hebert was also arrested on outstanding warrants for unauthorized use of a movable, simple criminal damage to property and theft.  Hebert was transported and booked without incident in the parish jail with no bond.
