Drug arrest

Jeff Davis Sheriff’s patrol deputies were called to a residence in Roanoke, the complainant said his dogs were acting up and he believed someone was out on his property.

Patrol deputies searched the area and located a dark colored car in the Roanoke  park directly across from the Welsh/Roanoke Jr. high school. Deputies discovered a white male sitting in the vehicle and while speaking to him he informed them he had a suboxxone tablet  on his person. 

Deputies requested consent to search and the search revealed Methadone hydrochloride and 6 other unidentified  white oblong tablets and a bottle of synthetic urine used to alter drug testing. Deputies placed the male,

Chet David Dyson, 33, of 8136Highway 90 Roanoke, LA under arrest for Possession of CDS II and Violation of uniform CDS law; Drug free zone. Dyson was booked into the parish jail Monday night with no bond.
