Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff’s detectives arrested one for using a debit card on February 17, 2018 to withdraw $500 from a Midsouth bank ATM, and on February 18, 2018 presented two checks taken from the same victim as the debit card for cash at Walmart.  The victim also reported that $600 cash was taken from their residence along with a .25 caliber semi-auto pistol with pink handles.

Courtney Lynn Guidry, 39, of 100 Meadowbrook drive Minden, LA was charged with 2 counts Forgery, Identity Theft, Unauthorized use of an access card, and Theft (between $1000-$5000). Guidry was booked into the parish jail with no bond.
