The Jefferson Davis Parish curfew will remain in effect until power is restored throughout the parish.
Sheriff Woods is adjusting the curfew to 10:00 pm to sunrise beginning tonight, Tuesday October 13, 2020. Deputies are patrolling the parish and making sure properties are safe. Persons traveling to and from work for essential jobs are exempt along with individuals who have an emergency.
Please remember there is still debris along the roadways and workers repairing power lines and removing debris. Drive slowly when approaching electrical bucket trucks and tree removal vehicles, as the workers are moving around them.
