On Sunday April 21, deputies had a walk in complaint at the office of a simple battery.  The complainant advised he went to Bonnie road, Lake Arthur to talk to a girl. The mother of the female reached into his truck and slapped him in the face.  He declined to press charges but wanted it on record. 

Deputies were informed by dispatch that Travis Joseph Hebert had a protective order in place against him by the female he went to see on Bonnie road. 

Travis Joseph Hebert, 42, of 1007 McGarry street, Lake Arthur was booked on LA RS 14:79 Violation of protective orders and is being held in the parish jail with no bond.
