Jefferson Davis Sheriff’s office detectives interviewed a mother Wednesday 10/10 that reported her juvenile daughter had been given drugs by an adult living in the same residence.

Detectives interviewed the juvenile female and she confirmed the information her mother gave and additional information about inappropriate behavior and physical contact with the subject.

Detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Clarphy Treme, 57, of 312 Buller street, Elton, LA.  Treme is charged with Indecent behavior with a juvenile, molestation of a juvenile, use of CDS in the presence of a juvenile and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. Treme is held in the parish jail with no bond.  

JDSO detectives initially began this investigation with the narcotics search warrant execution on October 4, 2018 with the assistance of Elton Police at 312 Buller street, Elton, LA. Treme  was previously convicted in 1993 for Indecent behavior with a juvenile and registered as a sex offender until 2015.
