Jeff Davis Sheriff’s office patrol were dispatched to 506 Main street Lacassine in reference to a disturbance. When deputies arrived the complainant advised his girlfriend was smoking synthetic marijuana and was causing a disturbance. 

Deputies observed the suspect, Casey Marie Wentzel, 24, and it appeared she was under the influence of narcotics.  Wentzel had an outstanding warrant and deputies placed her under arrest for Theft warrant.  Wentzel was booked into the parish jail with no bond.
