Jefferson Davis Parish Sheriff’s Office received a complaint yesterday from a local landowner that protesters were trespassing on his land. 

When deputies arrived there they observed four vehicles parked on private property near the road.  Deputies found the protesters mingling around the heavy equipment, causing a safety hazard for themselves and the construction workers.  They were ordered to return to their vehicles and were cited for trespassing and released without incident.

Natural Springs Ln, Azle, TX, Ronald Robert Seifert, 36, of 1316 Reinerman st, Houston, Texas, Cian Michael Westmoreland, 30, of 5125 South East Madison street, Portland, OR  and Karen Marie Gouig-Savage, 52, of 165 East 118 street, New York, New York were charged with criminal trespassing LSA R.S. 14:63, issued citations and released at the scene.
