On March 22, 2024, Deputies were dispatched to the Dollar General store at 19040 Highway 90, Lacassine, in reference to a shoplifting complaint.

While enroute, Deputies were advised that the suspects left the store and traveled west on Highway 90, in a white SUV.  The store attendant advised there were two females together , one went to the cashier and checked out while the other went thru self-checkout. 

The female in the attached photo initially turned the self-checkout screen away from the cashier's view, scanned four items totaling $4.33 and left the store.  The receipt and video surveillance showed she did not scan or pay for two additional items, a bag of dog food and a swimming pool. 

The total of items taken from the store valued over $100.00.  Deputies are asking for assistance in identifying the female in the attached photo. Please contact the Jefferson Davis Sheriff's Office at (337) 821-2100 if you have information.
